Subject: Ken Marquis came up with the idea of a hubcap artwork museum after he went to a auto show and saw all the hubcaps with no use. Many hubcaps end up in backyards and landfills. To reduce the trash in the landfills the hubcaps can be used to make a piece of artwork. When the article was published Marquis had 891 hubcap artwork pieces and was 150 pieces away from his goal. Subject: Ken Marquis came up with the idea of a hubcap artwork museum after he went to a auto show and saw all the hubcaps with no use. Many hubcaps end up in backyards and landfills. There are many people that say they shouldn't but many say they should. Keeping a state inmate in jail cost a lot of money for taxpayers. For one inmate it cost $55,000 a year. This amount grows as the inmates get older. In New York itself, it has more than 800 prisoners who are 65 or older. Just think of the amount of prisoners across the United States and how much it cost.

To me I think they shouldn't because you must have done something really bad to get there in the first place. Say an inmate killed someone, they might have learned their lesson, but that could never take back them killing that person.
